The zip files below contain the most recent and previous USDA Agricultural Projection reports, along with accompanying tables in excel format. These files contain the full report with long-term supply, use, and price projections (currently to 2030) for major U.S. crops and livestock products, as well as trade tables for the major commodity exporters and importers. They also include supporting U.S. and international macroeconomic assumptions and other farm sector indicators such as farm income projections. The full report and tables are released each year in mid-February based on data available as of the prior year’s October World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report. After that October WASDE release, a sub set of tables for the next year’s projections are released in early November. These “early release” tables now contain new macroeconomic assumptions, and U.S. projections for each commodity to 2030.

This report contains data on the vegetable and melon industry (including potatoes, pulses, and mushrooms). It includes data on production, acreage, value, prices, imports, exports, per capita use, and beginning stocks.

This dataset contains the annual, seasonal, and monthly U.S. production, acreage, value, prices, imports, exports, per capita use, and beginning stocks for major fresh market and processed vegetables from 1970 onward. This dataset also includes data for potatoes, sweet potatoes, dry beans and peas, and fresh and processed mushrooms.

This data set contains the annual, quarterly, and monthly domestic supply and use statistics for oil crops and their products and for animal fats and their products. It includes oilseed acreage, yield, and production estimates as well as farm and wholesale price series. Annual international imports and exports as well as global supply and distribution of oil crops, vegetable oils, and protein meal are also included in this data set.
