This annual full-text file presents data on the number of farms in operation, land in farms, and average size (acreage) of farms for individual states and the U.S.; includes economic sales class estimates for number of farms, land in farms, and average of farms for U.S. and selected states. Note: Issues released between 2005 and 2013 included Livestock Operations in the title. Beginning in 2014, livestock operations data will be available in the Census of Agriculture.

This report covers South Carolina fertilizer prices. Prices are listed by fertilizer and include range and average prices. Also included are fuel and feed prices as well as a price trend analysis.

The zip files below contain the most recent and previous USDA Agricultural Projection reports, along with accompanying tables in excel format. These files contain the full report with 10-year projections for long-term supply, use, price for major U.S. crops and livestock products, as well as trade tables for the major commodity exporters and importers. They also include supporting U.S. and international macroeconomic assumptions and other farm sector indicators such as farm income projections. The full report and tables are released each year in mid-February based on data available as of the prior year’s October World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report. After that October WASDE release, a sub set of tables for the next year’s projections are released in early November. These “early release” tables now contain new macroeconomic assumptions, and 10-year U.S. projections for each commodity.
