This report is a daily grain report containing bids and/or trades of grain commodities. Grain commodities are classed and graded based on official USDA standards or guidelines for coarse grains, oilseeds, and/or pulses. Price information is released by USDA’s Livestock, Poultry, and Grain Market News Division under the Voluntary Price Reporting authority of USDA’s Agriculture Marketing Service. This report contains price spreads and simple averages for individual grain commodities and may include a basis calculated from the current day or prior day close of a publicly traded futures price. The commodity exchanges used in calculating the basis are identified as either the Chicago Board of Trade, Minneapolis Grain Exchange, or Kansas City Board of Trade.

This publication examines the season-average price, production, supply, use, and trade for feed grains t in major exporting and importing countries. The report focuses on corn, but covers sorghum, barley, oats, hay, and wheat as well. Contains future projections production, supply, use, and trade made based on weather conditions and current agricultural and industrial developments.

This monthly report is part of the Current Agricultural Industrial Reports (CAIR) program, with data for the previous calendar month collected from all known mills that produce ethanol. The report covers dry and wet mill consumption of agricultural commodities and production of products and co-products.

This report will display a price range and weighted average price for established trades, and a bid price range if a trade is not established, but an asking price is given by a potential seller or offering price given by a potential buyer.
