This report contains the annual summary for dairy, poultry, and slaughter on farms and in commercial plants, as well as coffee, for Puerto Rico. Dairy estimates include milk cows, production of milk, milkfat, milk used, marketings and value. Poultry estimates include layer and egg production, pullets, other chickens, value, and price. Slaughter estimates include, red meat production, number of plants and head slaughtered. Data on coffee includes the harvested acreage, yield, production, value, and price of coffee. Also included is data on the number of farms, land in farms, and average size as an aggregate and by economic class.

This report covers USDA cage-free shell eggs. First receiver pricing is listed by carton/loose and grade. Egg production data includes flock size, lay rate, and weekly production as well as numbers for both organic and non-organic layers. Retail data is listed by class and region and includes number of stores, price range, and price averages.

This report concerns prices for the food service market. Included in this report are livestock, dairy, poultry and eggs, and fruits and vegetables. Products are grouped by type and grade with average prices for each product, by region if available. Also included are price changes from the previous week/year.

This data set contains the annual, quarterly, and monthly domestic supply and use statistics for oil crops and their products and for animal fats and their products. It includes oilseed acreage, yield, and production estimates as well as farm and wholesale price series. Annual international imports and exports as well as global supply and distribution of oil crops, vegetable oils, and protein meal are also included in this data set. This report covers the egg market and is a compilation of a number of other reports. Egg prices are listed by region, delivery method, and egg size and grade. Egg inventory is listed by region with a focus on specialty shell egg inventory and cold storage holdings. Processed egg production is listed by product with a focus on liquid, frozen, and dried egg products. Trailer load egg sales are listed by class and region for both origin and destinations of egg sales. A market analysis on live fowl is included. Retail egg purchases are listed by cartoned and loose egg cases. Import/export trade with Canada of eggs and egg products are listed along with Canadian egg prices.

This report examines the annual and recent monthly supply, use, and pricing of oil crops (primarily soybeans and products) and animal fats. Also included are current and projected crop stocks and supply and demand prospects of major importing and exporting countries. This report includes the following: soybean, rapeseed, sunflowerseed, canola, cottenseed, peanuts, flaxseed, lard, tallow.
