This annual report provides comparisons of preliminary and final inventory estimates and comparisons of preliminary and final production estimates. The estimating program for livestock measures several major categories: inventory, value of inventory, breeding intentions, and production. Also includes information about dairy and poultry. The track records are comprised of National level statistics for the principal livestock commodities in the NASS commodity estimation program.

The LDP Outlook report includes monthly livestock, dairy, and poultry information, focusing on current and forecast production, prices, and trade for each of the sectors. This report contains the annual summary for dairy, poultry, and slaughter on farms and in commercial plants, as well as coffee, for Puerto Rico. Dairy estimates include milk cows, production of milk, milkfat, milk used, marketings and value. Poultry estimates include layer and egg production, pullets, other chickens, value, and price. Slaughter estimates include, red meat production, number of plants and head slaughtered. Data on coffee includes the harvested acreage, yield, production, value, and price of coffee. Also included is data on the number of farms, land in farms, and average size as an aggregate and by economic class.

This report covers the egg market and is a compilation of a number of other reports. Egg prices are listed by region, delivery method, and egg size and grade. Egg inventory is listed by region with a focus on specialty shell egg inventory and cold storage holdings. Processed egg production is listed by product with a focus on liquid, frozen, and dried egg products. Trailer load egg sales are listed by class and region for both origin and destinations of egg sales. A market analysis on live fowl is included. Retail egg purchases are listed by cartoned and loose egg cases. Import/export trade with Canada of eggs and egg products are listed along with Canadian egg prices.

This report concerns prices for the food service market. Included in this report are livestock, dairy, poultry and eggs, and fruits and vegetables. Products are grouped by type and grade with average prices for each product, by region if available. Also included are price changes from the previous week/year.
