This report concerns prices for the food service market. Included in this report are livestock, dairy, poultry and eggs, and fruits and vegetables. Products are grouped by type and grade with average prices for each product, by region if available. Also included are price changes from the previous week/year.

The LDP Outlook report includes monthly livestock, dairy, and poultry information, focusing on current and forecast production, prices, and trade for each of the sectors. This report concerns organic product prices. Included in this report are specialty crops, grains, poultry and eggs, and dairy. The data for each commodity contains its price range as well as the prior year's prices. Also included for select commodities are price trends from both the current and prior year.

This report contains the annual summary for dairy, poultry, and slaughter on farms and in commercial plants, as well as coffee, for Puerto Rico. Dairy estimates include milk cows, production of milk, milkfat, milk used, marketings and value. Poultry estimates include layer and egg production, pullets, other chickens, value, and price. Slaughter estimates include, red meat production, number of plants and head slaughtered. Data on coffee includes the harvested acreage, yield, production, value, and price of coffee. Also included is data on the number of farms, land in farms, and average size as an aggregate and by economic class.

This publication reports on the average price of farm products received by producers at point of first sale. Products include livestock, dairy, and poultry and related products, with earlier reports including vegetables and other farm products. The prices are organized by State and contain data from years 1866 to 1982.
