This publication provides information about the production of milk, creamery butter, American cheese, Swiss cheese, Italian cheese, blue mold cheese, brick and munster cheese, condensed whole milk, dry whole milk, evaporated whole milk, dry skim milk, dry buttermilk, fluid cream, plastic cream, ice cream, and ice milk.
