Production of Manufactured Dairy Products NASS

This publication was produced from 1931 to 1974 and included information on the percent of U.S. milk production utilized for the manufacturing of dairy products. Dairy products include butter, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream and other frozen products, and condensed and dry milks. In 1975, the information here began being reported in the publication titled Dairy Products: Annual Summary.
