Class III Utilization AMS

Description: The Class III Utilization report is announced each month and includes the Utilization of Producer Milk in Class III Products, Butterfat Test, Protein Test and Other Solids Test. The report is based on all milk used to produce Class III Milk products. Report Synopsis: The Utilization of Producer Milk in Class III Products is the monthly volume of milk used to produce Class III Fluid Milk products. The Class III Utilization Percentage of Producer Milk is the monthly volume of Class III Milk used to produce Class III products in each individual order divided by the monthly total of all producer milk pooled for that individual order for all classes. The Butterfat Test of Producer Milk Used in Class III Products is the percentage of butterfat found in Class III milk for each order for each month. The Protein Test of Producer Milk Used in Class III Products is the percentage of protein found in Class III milk for each order for each month. The Other Solids Test of Producer Milk Used in Class III Products is the percentage of Other Solids found in Class III milk for each order for each month.
